The primary purpose of this policy is to communicate to you how KBC CRM deals with your personal information and to help you make an informed decision about sharing your information with us.
By accessing or using our website or mobile APP, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Service.

When you create your account on KBC CRM, we may ask for and collect personal information, such as your business name, name, email address, mobile no, city, state. When you add your users, we collect information of people using our services (Name, mobile number, email address).
This personal information is voluntarily provided, and as admin of your account, you can anytime edit this information. You may choose not to provide some of Your personal information, however this may prevent or severely constrain our ability to provide You with the Service and/or Your ability to use KBC CRM.
For users of Mobile APP KBC CRM Android, We collect your mobile location and save it with service updates.
If you are using mobile APP we also take permission of storage to upload and download documents, images, video
We take Phone permission to make calls when you use Mobile APP
End-customer personal information
Purpose of KBC CRM is to manage customer relationship. To manage you will add personal information of your customers, offices, contact person etc. This information’s can be edited by authorised person from web version only.
Customer information is shared within employees to initiate interaction with customers for providing services or sales pitch.
Information added are shared within employees for better customer services.
To grow your business, you add customer requirements, customer service information etc and these are shared within your team only who are authorised.
All data uploaded / added to your account can be managed by personnel authorized by you.
Other information
We may also automatically collect non-personal information that Your computer or mobile device provides to us in connection with Your visit to our website, communication with us, or trial or use of the Service, such as:

Your customers: we may disclose Your information, and Your KBC CRM staff information, to Your customers as part of our provision and Your use of the Service. For example, KBC CRM sends emails and text messages from You and Your staff to Your customers, which may contain personal and other information.
Independent KBC CRM Partners which You have agreed to, sought or requested contact with for the purpose of KBC CRM consultation, training and setup.
Law enforcement agencies, legal systems and regulatory authorities: We may be required to disclose Your information, without Your consent, in order to comply with any court orders, subpoenas, or other legal processes or investigations, if such disclosure is required by law. Where possible and appropriate, we will notify You if we are required by law to disclose Your personal information.
Successors: we may disclose Your information in the case of a sale, merger, consolidation, liquidation, reorganisation, or acquisition. In that event, any acquirer will be subject to the obligations of this privacy policy.

KBC CRM takes reasonable physical, technical and administrative precautions to protect Your information from loss, theft, or unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
KBC CRM's servers are secured by SSL Certificates, so all data transferred between You and KBC CRM is encrypted.
KBC CRM is built from the ground up using Microsoft Dot net technology. Your account data is backed up every 24 hours to Acronis infrastructure in multiple locations around the world.
Notification of breach
Should KBC CRM become aware of any accidental, unauthorized or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or breach of personal information, if such a breach represents a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, KBC CRM will notify You of the breach as soon as possible.
Username & password security
It is your responsibility to protect the security of your KBC CRM username and password. KBC CRM staff, and independent KBC CRM Partners, do not have access to your password and will never ask for your password. Your KBC CRM password should be unique.
6. Advertising & Choice
KBC CRM will not sell or otherwise disclose Your information to marketers or promotional third parties without your consent.
KBC CRM may use your information for the purpose of sending you training, marketing or promotional communications, related to the Service, or which we determine may be of interest to you due to being relevant to Your business or industry.
You may opt out of these communications via ‘unsubscribe’ mechanisms. However, note that we may still send You communications important to Your use and our provision and administration of the Service to You.
7. Access to Your Information & Retention of Information
You may access your information via Your KBC CRM account or through a request to us.
You have the ability to access, alter or correct Your personal information within Your KBC CRM account. It is Your responsibility to ensure the personal information You provide us is complete, accurate and up to date.
You can request, at no charge, all personal and other information we hold about you in writing at ecrm@crmmail.in. Following an information request, if you believe any of the information we hold about you is unnecessary, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, please contact us at ecrm@crmmail.in.
To request removal of Your personal information from any websites or forums controlled by KBC CRM, please request this in writing through ecrm@crmmail.in.
We will process Your requests as soon as reasonably practicable. If it is not reasonable, practical, or appropriate for us to process Your request in the manner you have requested, or we determine it to be frivolous or vexatious, we will advise you accordingly.
You may close Your KBC CRM account at any time. This will terminate Your access to the Service and result in the immediate deletion or anonymization of your account data, including historic backups, stored in various locations around the world. However, note that KBC CRM may have a variety of obligations to retain some or all of Your personal and other information for certain periods.
8. Use of Services by Minors
You may not use the Service if you are under 18 years of age, unless KBC CRM is provided with the appropriate parental or legal guardian consent.

Through provision of the Service to You, KBC CRM has an obligation to process Your personal and other information, and account data, as directed by You as part of Your use of the Service, and in accordance with this policy and our Terms of Service. If You collect, hold and use a third party's personal information as part of Your use of the Service then You warrant to us that You have the third party’s consent to do so.

KBC CRM reserves the right to change this policy at any time, and any amended policy is effective upon the posting on this website. In the event of any significant update/s, KBC CRM will communicate these changes to You via email, notification via the website, or notification through Your account.
You agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided You with hard copy disclosures. Disclosures and notices in relation to this policy or Your information shall be considered to be received by You within 24 hours of the time they are posted to our website or sent to You via email or notification through Your account.
